Getting Started
How do I become a supplier?
Register for a free account and select "Supplier" as your role. You can start listing products immediately after completing your profile.
Is there a fee to list products?
No — listing products on OPUS is completely free. We only charge a small fee on successful sales.
What types of products can I sell?
Any construction-related materials, tools, equipment, and supplies. This includes cement, steel, timber, plumbing, electrical, paint, tiles, and more.
Orders & Payments
How do I receive payments?
Payments are processed securely through the platform. Once a buyer confirms receipt, funds are released to your account.
How do I handle delivery?
You can arrange your own delivery or offer pickup from your location. Be sure to specify delivery options on your listings.
What if a buyer disputes an order?
Our dispute resolution team will review the case fairly. Keep photos and communication records to support your case.
