Opus acts as a marketplace connecting users. We are not a party to agreements between clients and service providers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered.

3.2 Payments and Escrow

  • Payments are processed through our secure payment system
  • Funds may be held in escrow until service delivery is confirmed
  • Commission fees apply as disclosed in your account dashboard
  • Refunds are subject to our dispute resolution process

3.3 Bidding and Jobs

When posting jobs or submitting bids:

  • Provide accurate descriptions and pricing
  • Honor accepted bids and agreements
  • Complete work within agreed timelines
  • Communicate professionally and promptly

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Circumvent platform fees or payment systems
  • Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions
  • Scrape, hack, or interfere with platform operations
  • Engage in spam or unsolicited advertising

5. Reviews and Ratings

Our review system promotes trust and transparency:

  • Reviews must be honest and based on actual experiences
  • Fake reviews, review manipulation, or retaliation is prohibited
  • We may remove reviews that violate our guidelines
  • Service providers may respond to reviews professionally

6. Disputes and Resolution

6.1 Reporting Issues

If you encounter problems, use our reporting system to flag:

  • Fraud or scams
  • Poor quality work
  • Harassment or abuse

  • Payment disputes

8. Intellectual Property

The Opus name, logo, and platform design are our trademarks. Content you post remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it on the platform. You must not use others' intellectual property without permission.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Repeated negative reviews or complaints
  • Failure to maintain accurate information
  • At our discretion, with or without notice

10. Changes to Terms
